EDUCATION AND TRAINING:
1984 – 1989: Law Degree by the University of “Santiago de Compostela”. This is one of the most prestigious Universities of Law in Spain and thanks to this studies, I got a solid knowledge about Corporate and Labour Law, improving my commercial skills. Since I finished my Degree I update my knowledge with several courses about Law and Legislation given by the “The Bar Association of Vigo”.
1980 – 1983: “Álvaro Cunqueiro” High School.
1970 – 1980: “Andrés de Urdaneta” Primary School.
WORK EXPERIENCE:
1994 – Nowadays: I run my own lawyer office in Vigo (“C-29 Lawyers” Street Colón 29). The main activities and responsibilities are the followings:
Civil Law: My services in this practice area include all the issues about private individuals and private law, for instance: property law (rental contracts, dealing contracts), family law (marriage, civil unions, divorces, child custody), succession law.
Corporate Law: My services in this practice area include the creation of all types of commercial entities, bylaws, advice about the most suitable solution for business ventures, draft all type of commercial contracts, and the analysis, interpretation, scope and content.
I also represent several companies of different sectors, such us: motor, foodstuff, electrical appliance, building construction, and so on. So therefore, I have a large experience in this kind of tasks.
Litigation: in order to solve all kind of disputes I have experience before Courts. I know the Civil Procedure
Labour Law: my services in this practice area include: employment contracts, social security and provident systems, collective bargaining and labour proceedings.
